Dr. Farah Riaz grew up in Mississauga, Ontario. She graduated from McMaster University with her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 and went on to pursue her optometry training in the UK. After receiving her UK optometry license in 2014, she worked in a coastal resort town on the south coast of England before officially returning home to Canada. Dr. Riaz has successfully completed the International Optometric Bridging Program (IOBP) at the University of Waterloo and is now a certified optometrist in Ontario. She enjoys providing care to patients of all ages and educating them about their eyes. When she is not working she enjoys cooking, traveling and attempting to play guitar.
